Digital Marketing Plan Sales Policy
1. Scope of Services This policy applies to the sale and execution of digital marketing plans offered by The Marketing Advisor. Our plans include services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, PPC advertising, and more as outlined in individual client contracts.
2. Pricing & Packages
The pricing for each digital marketing plan will be outlined in a customized proposal based on the client’s specific requirements.
Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work and market conditions. Clients will be informed of any price adjustments in advance.
3. Payment Terms
A non-refundable upfront payment of [X%] of the total package cost is required before the project begins.
Full payments for short-term plans (3 months or less) are due upon signing the contract.
For long-term plans (6 months or more), payments can be made on a monthly or quarterly basis, as per the agreed terms in the contract.
Late payments are subject to a [X]% late fee after [X] days.
4. Service Delivery & Reporting
All services under the digital marketing plan will be delivered as per the agreed timeline and milestones in the project contract.

Any delays in service delivery caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals will not be the responsibility of The Marketing Advisor.
5. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered or campaigns already initiated.
If a long-term contract is terminated before the agreed term, the client is liable to pay for the services provided up to the cancellation date, plus a cancellation fee of [X% of the remaining contract value].
6. Refund Policy
Once a digital marketing plan is purchased, no refunds will be provided for services already rendered.
If a client wishes to discontinue the plan, they must notify The Marketing Advisor in writing within [X] days of the contract start date. A partial refund may be considered at the discretion of The Marketing Advisor, based on the services provided up to that point.
7. Plan Modifications
Clients can request modifications or upgrades to their digital marketing plans. Any adjustments may result in changes to the pricing and timelines, which will be communicated in a revised proposal or addendum to the contract.
All changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for campaign execution, including but not limited to branding materials, website access, and content approvals.
The Marketing Advisor is not liable for any delays or suboptimal results due to a lack of cooperation from the client.
9. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of the digital marketing engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, campaign data, and client personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability The Marketing Advisor will not be liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from the digital marketing services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
11. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from the digital marketing services provided will first be addressed through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Country/State].
12. Acceptance of Policy By purchasing a digital marketing plan from The Marketing Advisor, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
